Curated by festival co-founders Mara Magyarosi-Laytner and Raymar, The Prelude calls for photographers and filmmakers in the city of Detroit and beyond to exhibit their most innovative and conceptual work. NOVA24 | Photo + Film Festival is an annual July event in the Detroit metropolitan area highlighting the best of photographers and filmmakers on the international stage. Founded in 2023 by artists Mara Magyarosi-Laytner and Raymar, NOVA24 is a launchpad for innovative visual work inviting participation from creators around the world to showcase the city of Detroit and beyond.
