This year for Detroit Month of Design, The Cranbrook Academy of Art 3D Design Department will be hosting the “Cranbrook Chair Show", an exhibition of art and design works centered around the subject of the 'chair'. In continuation of The Academy's strong tradition of producing iconic chair designs, the exhibition will feature works in all media that offer a strong point of view about the meaning of a chair.
