ANCHOR is a Detroit-based creative studio shipping results worldwide. Co-founded by husband and wife team Johnny and Tessa Jarbo in 2017, we specialize in branding, web design, and development – helping businesses connect the dots between creativity, strategy, and growth in today’s digital world.
ANCHOR partnered with Amima, a baby onesie brand, to build a tender, thoughtful presence from the ground up. Our studio developed a soft, elevated visual identity and strategy that highlights breathable bamboo fabric, non-slip footies, and designs that keep both babies and parents in mind—comfort for them, peace of mind for you. Every touchpoint, from packaging and print to the ecommerce experience, reflects Amima’s deeper mission: every purchase supports autism and infertility causes, honoring the journeys that shaped their families and brand story.

As part of our commitment to creating an impact, we created the ANCHOR Design Match — our way to give other entrepreneurs and small businesses an extra boost when they’re ready to invest in themselves. Each month, we match 5 businesses’ budgets with up to $2,500 in design services.It’s our way of making design more accessible, supporting growth-minded brands, and paying forward the opportunities that helped shape us.
