Detroit Historical Museum - Design in History
We joined our partner events, including Creative Mornings, on June to celebrate and engage with the community.

The June edition of Drinks x Design celebrated Detroit’s global creative leadership with an evening dedicated to the city’s designation as a UNESCO City of Design. Held at the Detroit Historical Museum, the event welcomed local creatives and visiting delegates from other North American UNESCO Creative Cities, spotlighting the role of culture and design in building more sustainable, inclusive cities.
Guests explored interactive installations and hands-on activations from a diverse group of Detroit-based designers and organizations. The night also featured music by Problematic Black Hottie, food from Lor Bistro, and plenty of opportunities to connect across disciplines and borders.
Thank you to the Detroit Historical Museum for hosting and to all the designers who helped showcase Detroit’s creativity on an international stage.
